3DS MAX

This is a low poly model of a campfire. I used the basic tools in 3dsmax to get the desired look for the base of my campfire 

Unwrap

In 3DS MAX there is a modifier to unwrap the model in the uv editor.

Material And ID

Before importing the model to substance to paint, we create ID for certain parts of the model to be able to paint large parts with Color/Materials. This saves a lot of time and is the industry standard way.

Substance

Before importing into substance i had to create one base color model and one with vertex paint applied. This will be used to identify what part of the model is the only applied with the materials.
